Jewish Immigration Tourism Route in Brazil
- Shabbat on the evening of October 16, with a musical dinner.
- On October 17, a visit to historical sites of the former Jewish Colony of Quatro Irmãos, an agricultural and entrepreneurial settlement that existed in a rural area—functioning like a large shtetl in its time. It was part of a major international project led by Baron and Baroness Hirsch to relocate Jews from the Russian Empire during violent pogroms, envisioning the creation of significant Jewish communities in the Americas.
- Visit the building of the former Leonardo Cohen Hospital in Quatro Irmãos — the first Jewish hospital in Brazil, built amid forests and farmland — as well as the ruins of the first private Força e Luz Cooperative in Brazil. Explore various historical sites that marked Jewish immigration through the Baron Hirsch colonies, accompanied by music, gastronomy, and a blend of Gaucho and Jewish cultural traditions.
- Sunday, October 18
A traditional barbecue lunch at the farm of a Jewish family engaged in agricultural and livestock production.
