1. What are the sources of the data collected?
The amount and type of information collected by us varies depending on the use that you, customer and user, make of our services. We will collect different data if you are visiting our website, using our software, using our software customer services. And to make these definitions and differences more accessible, we segmented data collection into 4 (four) parts so that you can understand what applies specifically to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to Data we collect from or about you through the following sources:

By clicking on the content sharing buttons on social networks, available on our pages, the customer and user will be publishing the content through their profile on the selected network... Jornada Médica Internacional does not have access to the login and password of customers and users on these networks, nor will it publish content on their behalf.
It is worth mentioning that all the data we collect is used to provide our services. Therefore, all data and information about you is treated as confidential, and we will only use it for the purposes described here and authorized by you, mainly so that you can fully use our services, always aiming to improve your user experience. 1.2. What are the Legal Bases for data collection?
We use as a legal basis for data collection only forms authorized by law, such as, but not limited to, consent, legitimate interest and the regular execution of signed contracts. When the legal basis for collection is not consent, we will always observe current legislation, as well as respect the individual rights and freedoms of data subjects.
2. What types of data are collected?
2.1. Website visitors
If you only access our websites, we will collect your browsing data. In this case, when you visit our website, a "cookie" is inserted in your browser through the software, but not limited to, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, to identify how many times you return to our address.
"Cookies" are identifiers that we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features on our Services are visited and how many people access them.

- billing, collection and invoice issuance data for customers residing in Brazil (business name or name, CNPJ or CPF, country and full address);
- billing, collection and invoice issue data for customers residing outside Brazil (name, country and full address).
When sending a contact message through our website, the following are collected:
- contact details (name and email);
- data for security and audit purposes (IP address).
When you start a chat conversation with our team through our service or product websites, we collect:
- contact details (name and email);
- data for security and auditing purposes (IP address, internet browser type, operating system, location based on IP address and referring page).
When accessing the tool with the Administrative Panel or Customer Panel, the following are collected:
- user identifier (name and email);
- data for security and auditing purposes (IP address, internet browser type, operating system and location based on IP address).
It is important to highlight that this data collected when accessing the tool and manipulating sensitive data via the Administrative Panel is not used by us, but will be available to account administrators for consultation, this way they will be able to identify when one of their users accessed the platform and who made changes to sensitive data in their account.
When accessing the Customer Panel, or an Administrative Panel, a "cookie" is inserted in your browser through tracking software, such as Google Analytics, to identify how many times you return to our address.
2.4. Users of Jornada Médica Internacional Customers' websites
Jornada Médica Internacional.COM provides its customers, through software such as Administrative Panel, Customer Panel, etc., with tools for creating, monitoring and managing personal information of users with whom Jornada Médica Internacional customers maintain relationships.
However, it is important to mention that Jornada Médica Internacional does not control the information collected by third parties using its system. This data belongs to Jornada Médica Internacional Customers, who use, disclose and protect it in accordance with their respective privacy policies. They are also responsible for directly obtaining user consent, and with this power, collecting, managing and processing confidential information.
Since Jornada Médica Internacional does not control the data that is collected directly by its Customers, in order to minimize incidents involving personal data, Jornada Médica Internacional adopts the best information security practices (see item 6) and secure development existing on the market, so that its Customers can use a secure tool to manage their personal data and the data of their customers as well. 3. Who does Jornada Médica Internacional share your data with?
As an online platform, Jornada Médica Internacional may operate together with other companies in a wide range of activities, including providing location functionality, advertisers, sponsors and commercial partners, online and offline, as well as advertising tools and performance analysis. Therefore, we reserve the right to share your information, including location, registration and interest data, with the companies listed below, whenever possible, anonymously, aiming to preserve your privacy as much as possible.

4. International Data Transfer
Jornada Médica Internacional.COM collects and transfers personal data collected in Brazil to countries located in the European Union and the USA. This transfer occurs to Jornada Médica Internacional Partners who work in the processing of personal data, and these transfers only involve Jornada Médica Internacional Partner companies that have demonstrated that they are in the process of complying or complying with the GDPR and Brazilian sectoral data protection laws.
Jornada Médica Internacional.COM is headquartered in Brazil and the data we collect is governed by Brazilian law. 6. How long will Jornada Médica Internacional store data?
We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of complying with any legal or contractual obligations, or requests from competent authorities.
